Your delivery timeline starts when your payment clears — that varies by method: card payments and cleared account-balance payments clear immediately, bank wires typically within one business day, and ACH transfers in 3–5 business days.

Once funds have cleared, your order is processed and prepared for shipment — on average about 2 business days — and then travels by fully insured 2-day shipping. You receive a tracking number the moment your package ships.

Taken together, the average order arrives about a week after it's placed. Paying by card or from a cleared account balance is the fastest path; ACH-funded orders add the clearing window up front.

Shipments are double-boxed in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents, and require an adult signature on delivery. Every package is insured for its full value until it is signed for — in the rare event of loss or damage in transit, you are covered in full.

Collect your order by appointment at our Chamblee, Georgia showroom. Bring a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order. A $25 processing fee applies to pickup orders.

Instead of shipping, you may allocate your metals directly to segregated, insured vault storage — your holdings are individually allocated to you, never pooled, and can be shipped to you or sold back at any time. Storage is billed annually; rates are shown before you commit at checkout.

Because precious metals are live-market commodities, all bullion sales are final once your price is locked and the trade is executed — market prices move continuously, so orders cannot be cancelled or returned for refund after execution.

Instead, we stand behind everything we sell with a standing buyback program: we buy back metals purchased from us (and metals purchased elsewhere) at live, transparent market-based rates, any business day. Visit our buyback desk online or in person for a quote.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right — replacement, correction, or full refund for our error.
